TradingBest Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the TradingBest application and related services (“Service”) operated by TradingBest. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Account You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account. Registration requires a valid email address. A verification code is not required to register. Email associated with an account may not be changed through ordinary profile updates after signup.

2. Nature of the Service — No Investment Advice TradingBest provides market information tools, charts, and AI-assisted signals or analyses for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing in the Service constitutes investment, trading, legal, or tax advice, or an offer to buy or sell any financial instrument. You alone decide whether and how to trade. Past performance and model outputs do not guarantee future results. Cryptocurrency, forex, commodities, and other markets involve substantial risk of loss.

3. AI Signals and TOP AI signals, inferences, and related features may be free or may consume TOP according to published rules. Availability, latency, and model output quality may vary. We may change feature pricing, limits, or availability with reasonable notice in the app where practical.

4. Acceptable Use You agree not to: misuse the Service; attempt unauthorized access; interfere with other users; scrape or reverse engineer beyond permitted law; use the Service for unlawful activity; or misrepresent your identity. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create security risk.

5. Intellectual Property TradingBest branding, UI, software, and content (excluding third-party market data) remain our property or that of our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Third-Party Data and Links Market prices and third-party content may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. We are not responsible for third-party sites, brokers, or exchanges you choose to use.

7. Disclaimers THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

8. Limitation of Liability TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRADINGBEST AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR TRADING LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, OR DATA LOSS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD 50.

9. Indemnity You agree to indemnify and hold TradingBest harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service, your trading decisions, or your breach of these Terms.

10. Termination You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, inactivity, or operational reasons. Provisions that by nature should survive (including disclaimers and liability limits) will survive termination.

11. Changes We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, discontinue use of the Service.
